These plants are capable of producing the full range of AEL’s bulk explosives products, including surface and underground products.The emulsion plants are designed to operate in the demanding environments encountered during normal mining operations. Design parameters include all necessary safety control systems, as well as ease of operation, maintenance and reliability.

AEL’s 20T Batch Emulsion Plants consist of two modules – an Ammonium Nitrate Dissolving Module and an Emulsion Manufacturing Module. AEL provides two sizes of emulsion plants (10T and 20T per eight-hour shift).
